If the specific gravity of the medium is greater than that of the motor configured with synchronous pulleys, it is necessary to choose a suitable motor for installing synchronous pulleys.

If the packing gland is pressed too firmly or the mechanical seal spring is adjusted too tightly, the compression amount of the gland or mechanical seal spring should be adjusted appropriately.

3. If the assembly quality of the pump is poor, there is friction or the motor and pump shaft are not concentric, then the assembly quality should be checked to remove the assembly fault.

If it is a connection between the wheel and the shaft, then when the gear or belt wheel is connected to the shaft, the transmission clearance needs to be removed.
